Creating an Intergenerational Collaboration with Limited Resources

In this interactive session, three social entrepreneurs share how they connected through Catalyst Now and began co-creating an international initiative rooted in the caring economy. Avegaile Calzado (Founder, InHeartSight Community, Canada) applies her Transformative Leadership lens for inner development and systems change; Victor Manrique (Author, Más Allá de la Edad, South America) bring his intergenerational mentoring perspective; and Renia Tyminski (Hallowell Gardens, Lifelong Learning Centre, Canada) contributes decades of cross cultural education experience and insights. Participants will explore how diverse commitments can converge into resource sharing and collective action, and take away replicable models for collaboration, innovation, and systemic impact.
