Empowering Vulnerable Girls & Young Women Through Skills, Jobs, and Innovation

This session spotlights the Tunga Mudozi and Futurepreneur programs led by Relief of Single Mothers Organization (RSMO), which empower over 450 vulnerable adolescent girls and young women in Kamonyi District through dual training in entrepreneurship and professional tailoring. Key topics include sustainable job creation, mental health and ECD integration, and direct pathways to employment. Participants will explore proven models that build economic resilience for young mothers and discuss collaborative strategies to scale impact, enhance job quality, and drive systemic gender-transformative change across Rwanda.
