This session delves into the combined concepts of Not School and Adults, highlighting that most significant learning occurs outside of conventional schooling, and that adults play an important role in establishing these ecosystems. The session also reframes adults’ roles as facilitators, connectors, and system leaders, assisting young people in navigating and contributing to complex learning ecosystems.
