Conversation Café: MYCOVERSE India

Legal and regulatory clarification, responsible research and an Indian pathway toward mental-health innovation and the Sustainable Development Goals. The Board of Catalyst Now’s India Chapter invites legal experts, universities, research institutions, clinicians, mycologists, public-health specialists, contemplative practitioners, ethicists, community
organisations and interested partners to a Conversation Café on the potential development of the MYCOVERSE India Initiative.

The central question: Can India use this moment to build a lawful, scientifically
rigorous and socially inclusive research pathway—one that tests whole-
mushroom preparations without assuming their superiority, strengthens Indian
institutions, and keeps public benefit at the centre?
