The discussion explores the experience of the National Forum for Human Rights (NFHR) in Yemen and its role in developing community-based initiatives that promote local empowerment, social protection, and community sustainability in resource-limited contexts.

The session will also review social security mechanisms and global credit frameworks, discussing how local solutions can be aligned with international policies and frameworks to ensure a sustainable global impact.
