Succession and Transition

The successful succession of a founder and their transition within or out of their organisation is probably one of the most important events likely to occur in that organisation. Founders of the Elders Council for Social Entrepreneurs will work with participants to talk over the options that face founders, the CEOs that follow them, and of course the Boards that govern organisations.
