David is a passionate, optimistic and purpose-driven innovator, entrepreneur, trainer and leader who is empowering teens and youths. He is an Acumen Fellow, STEAM evangelist and advocate of employment and environmental conservation. He co-founded Ablestate a bootstrapped social enterprise based in Kampala - Uganda and Kigali, Rwanda, to bridge the talent-opportunity gap by equipping African youth with innovative EdTech-driven skills training in digital literacy, ICT, AI, and entrepreneurship, empowering them to secure meaningful work and drive sustainable socioeconomic progress.
