AIME (formerly, Australian Indigenous Mentoring Experience)

Founded in 2005, AIME is a global Indigenous-led systems change organisation operational in 52 countries (with a network spanning 100+ countries) offering a full-stack solution to the poly-crisis faced by the world today. Having solved the seemingly intractable challenge of educational inequality between Indigenous and non-Indigenous youth in Australia by building the largest such movement in our nation's history with 10,000+ volunteer mentors supporting 25,000+ Indigenous youth to close the educational / post-education gaps with an SROI of 8.9x (equating to $1.17 Bn net direct economic impact through our work as per KPMG), AIME has evolved over two decades into a living example of a complexity-informed system rooted in relationality and imagination (as featured in the Harvard Business Case studies on AIME).
