ARISTA DEKA
ARISTA DEKA is a dynamic training and consulting organisation based in Nicosia, Cyprus. Established in 2019, it provides high-quality, bespoke training and consultancy services that combine innovation, creativity, and evidence-based learning. With a team of full-time and part-time professionals, supported by a network of external experts, ARISTA DEKA promotes creative thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork through experiential methodologies.
ARISTA DEKA works across youth work, adult education, and vocational training, supporting learners, educators, and organisations to strengthen their capacity, adaptability, and inclusion. The organisation’s training philosophy bridges formal, non-formal, and informal learning, placing emphasis on creative learning, emotional intelligence, entrepreneurship, digital competence, and social innovation.
Over recent years, ARISTA DEKA has played an active role in a series of Erasmus+ projects that have generated innovative methodologies, digital tools, and educational resources:

• CREW – Creating Safe Workplaces for Youth through Youth Work (2023–2025): equipping youth workers to identify and address bullying, mobbing, and unhealthy behaviours, fostering safer workplaces and emotional well-being.

• ACT ON – Creative Methods Unlocking Opportunities (2020–2022): applying creative methods—LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, music, drama, and photovoice—to re-engage young people during the COVID-19 recovery.
Through these projects, ARISTA DEKA has advanced inclusive education, green and digital transitions, cultural innovation, safe workplaces, sport-based learning, and entrepreneurship. The organisation’s work contributes to several EU and UN priorities, including social inclusion, gender equality, sustainable development, and lifelong learning.
Beyond project delivery, ARISTA DEKA acts as a facilitator of systemic change—helping organisations, educators, and communities to co-create solutions that address contemporary challenges. Its programmes cultivate creativity, resilience, and collaboration, empowering participants to think critically, act responsibly, and drive transformation in their environments.
Rooted in Cyprus yet connected across Europe, ARISTA DEKA continues to evolve as a trusted partner for innovation and inclusion—translating creative ideas into practical tools, empowering people, and shaping a more equitable, sustainable, and resilient society.
