Brave Boost Leadership LLC

I am the Founder and Principal of my organization, Brave Boost Leadership LLC. I design transformational leadership experiences for social impact organizations that care about people, purpose, and sustainability. My focus is supporting social impact leaders and businesses in growing their leadership skills through coaching, workshops, leadership development experiences, and speaking engagements. My vision is to catalyze the work social impact businesses are doing by helping their leaders connect to themselves, their teams, their systems, and the environment. I believe authentic, meaningful connection is a catalyst to sustainable, legacy impact. As a Mindful Outdoor Guide, I integrate experiences in nature with my leadership practices with the goal of helping leaders improve their wellbeing on an individual level and create personal connections to the natural world, so that they are even more galvanized to advocate for its sustainability. My mission is to transform leadership from the inside out for a more connected and sustainable world.

Catalyst Now aligns completely with what I hope to contribute to the world as a social innovator and entrepreneur working to develop leaders and organizational systems that support sustainable, collaborative, inclusive practices. A current member, Avegaile Calzado, shared about this community and invited me to apply to present with her for the upcoming Catalyzing Change Week, and I immediately thought, "I wish I'd known this group existed sooner."
