Catalytic Corps

Catalytic Corps is working towards helping individuals and organisations to drive sustainable social ‘impact-at-scale’. We are working with a few non-profits in India to help them scale their model by forging genuine partnership with the public systems. At the core of our philosophy we believe that good systems can be created through effective strategies for data deployment and institutional collaboration. Through Catalytic Corps’ members and experience working with the systems we have identified four critical capabilities (System Diagnosis, Project Management, Data-driven Decision Making and Enabling Critical Partnerships) any system needs to improve governance at all levels and become a self-corrective system which could generate maximum impact on the ground. With this vision and approach Catalytic Corps is receiving early on traction from few India states in need of these capabilities to drive social impact. After receiving buy-in from the top system leadership we have secured partnership with the governments of Uttarakhand and Jharkhand to help them achieve universal foundational learning by 2026-27, and on track to start formal engagements with them soon. We have also worked with over 20 nonprofit partners in India and one in Malawi to help them drive sustainable impact at scale by helping theme forge genuine system partnerships.

Our mission is to help organisations to drive sustainable impact at scale through system-led approach. We support organizations working across UNSDGs 2030. Our team has hands-on experience working with Union and state governments, policy makers and NGOs leadership and, bring very rich experience of what it takes to drive sustainable impact at scale through a system led approach. Our engagement objective with Catalyst 2030 could be primarily of two fold- 1. We can share our experience with the community members and help organisations working in system change space to sharpen their model, delivery and experience and, 2. We can learn from rich and wide community of members about their work and explore the points of mutual synergy to broaden our knowledge base and outreach. We hope our engagement with the Catalytic 2030 will help us advance the efforts towards achieving the UNSDGs 2030 and help us sharpen our approach and efforts, whereby help organisations working towards solving the social problems at scale.
