Female network of collaborative action between female recruiters, based on respect for diversity, the creation of relationships of trust and mutual help, to exchange know-how and experiences in the profession. We offer a welcoming, diverse and collaborative environment of mutual support between female recruiters for career development, and promotion of female leaders, breaking with the intrinsic bias of competition between peers in the profession.
