Earth Ideas Foundation

Earth Ideas Foundation is a grassroots organization registered under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882. Founded in March 2020 and headquartered in Sahibganj, Jharkhand, the foundation draws its strength from a dynamic collective of committed young minds from diverse backgrounds. At the core of Earth Ideas Foundation lies the urgent belief that humanity must act decisively to address the escalating climate crisis—one that threatens to unleash profound and irreversible impacts if left unchecked. Guided by this conviction, we work to translate ideas into practical, community-driven solutions. Our interventions focus on pressing areas that demand immediate and sustained action: climate change mitigation and adaptation, watershed management, afforestation, sustainable livelihoods, education with environmental awareness, and inclusive community engagement. We also address related social challenges such as hunger, malnutrition, social exclusion, and the protection and empowerment of Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups (PVTGs). We believe that lasting change is possible only when communities are informed, empowered, and inspired to become agents of transformation themselves. Driven by our vision of building an equitable, resilient, and greener planet for all living beings and ecosystems, every initiative we undertake strives to create tangible, hopeful, and courageous pathways toward a sustainable future.

I aim to share insights on climate resilience, community-led conservation, and locally rooted sustainability practices — amplifying voices that are often unheard also to bring stories, lessons, and practical solutions that can inspire dialogue and action within the Catalyst Now community. I hope to gain new perspectives that challenge and strengthen my own work. I would love to access mentorship, knowledge exchanges, and collaborative opportunities that can help our initiatives grow and adapt.
