Global Alliance for Mass Entrepreneurship (GAME) an initiative of Junior Achievement India Services

I am Ketul Acharya, President of GAME (Global Alliance for Mass Entrepreneurship) a systems-change organisation dedicated to making entrepreneurship a genuine driver of broad-based prosperity across India and the Global South. Over 25 years, I have worked at the intersection of enterprise development, skilling, institutional finance, and government systems with state governments, development finance institutions, multilateral organisations, technology companies, and civil society to strengthen the conditions in which micro and small enterprises can truly grow. Prior to joining GAME, I served as COO of GoodWorker Technologies, a Temasek backed jobs and learning platform, and as COO and Group Head of Learnet Skills, a national skilling joint venture between NSDC and Schoolnet India. At GAME, I lead an organisation that works not by serving entrepreneurs one at a time, but by redesigning the ecosystems around them; the government programmes, financial instruments, market linkages, and policy frameworks that determine whether 73.4 million micro and small firms in India can grow or remain stuck. Under this approach, GAME has built active district entrepreneurship ecosystems across Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, and Nagaland through formal government partnerships; contributed to a 31% reduction in India's MSME delayed payment burden through evidence reports and enabled 93,000 women producers to access digital markets with a 79% average revenue increase in 2025–26. My mission is to build entrepreneurship ecosystems that are equitable by design ones that work as well for a first-generation woman entrepreneur in rural Nagaland as they do for any enterprise in a well-resourced urban centre. My vision is of a world where the circumstances of one's birth no longer determine one's access to the tools, markets, capital, and support needed to build a thriving enterprise. I wish to join Catalyst 2030 with a deep commitment to peer learning and collective action believing that the challenge of making mass entrepreneurship work is too large and too important for any single organisation to solve alone.

I bring practitioner knowledge of government-embedded ecosystem reform, building evidence that shifts policy, and coalitions that outlast projects. I want to share what works and what doesn't, and contribute India's mass entrepreneurship story to Catalyst Now's global advocacy. In return, I seek peer learning from practitioners who have cracked similar challenges in other geographies; honest exchanges that push my thinking as much as I contribute to others.
