Hello everyone! I am an independent scholar-practitioner, university lecturer, facilitator, coach, and consultant working at the intersection of entrepreneurial learning, identity development, transformative pedagogy, and relational approaches to management education. I’m also a polymath and a Renaissance person at heart. Therefore my strength lies in my ability to synthesis ideas and concepts, combining two or more fields or perspectives - creating something new at the intersection. As a global movement that connects social innovators, enables collaboration, and accelerates systemic change toward the Sustainable Development Goals, it is here where I find synergy with Catalyst Now. My objective is to enlarger my circle, create connections with like-minded change agents, and gain insights which can fuel my approaches in the classroom, in the meeting room, and in the community circle. My hope is to contribute to and in turn, to be enriched by this community. As an example, I recently completed my Doctorate of Business Administration at GEM Alpine Business School, where my research explored how Indigenous-infused entrepreneurial learning environments shape how socially and ecologically minded entrepreneurs understand themselves, what they become responsible to, and how those shifts move into practice. The study also examines the learning conditions that catalyzed identity transformation in practice, including intentionally designed containers, relational accountability, story, embodied learning, and the presence of Elders, facilitators, and culture carriers. Across my work, I am interested in how scholarship can be returned to practice: in classrooms, organizations, community circles, coaching conversations, and public inquiry.
