Impulsera

We are a Mexican nonprofit social organization that works to ensure people have access to the skills that enable them to participate in the economy and the future of work. Impulsera exists because we believe that access to skills is a form of social and economic justice in the face of the structural problem of inequality in Latin America and the shortage of critical skills in an ever-changing labor market—one that leaves most people without access to the opportunities needed to participate in the future of work. People sense that the system is changing, but they do not know how to understand their place within it, how to reposition themselves, or how to influence it. We believe the future belongs to those who can learn what they need to know the fastest.

Impulsera hopes to contribute to Catalyst Now by sharing practical insights from building learning ecosystems that expand access to future-critical skills in Latin America. We bring experience connecting education, entrepreneurship, and employment to address inequality at a systems level. From the community, we seek collaboration, peer learning, and global perspectives that strengthen our model, challenge our assumptions, and help scale local solutions into broader systems change.
