I work as a sustainability advisor to food and agricultural businesses across Europe, focusing on upstream value chains, especially supplier engagement, sustainable sourcing, and readiness for evolving regulations. My mission is to help companies move beyond compliance and build supply systems that are resilient, fair, and truly aligned with sustainability goals. I work closely with teams across procurement, quality, and sustainability functions to turn complex frameworks into practical, day-to-day decisions. Through diagnostics, coaching, and systems design, I support businesses in making their sourcing strategies more transparent, responsible, and future-fit. My work is shaped by a belief that impact is not just about measurement, but about building the capacity to act across the chain, from smallholder farmers to major buyers.
