My company Zest4Life a health and wellness company and we produce a range of cold pressed bottles fruit and vegetable juice using the brand name Zesty Juice. it was established to encourage people to add more fruits and vegetables into their daily diet. As and advocate for healthy living and eating I wanted people to get the 5 portions of fruits and vegetables a day to combat lifestyle diseases which is a growing concern in Nigeria especially with reduced healthcare.
