As an NGO Executive Director with a passion for education and community empowerment, I help my organization grow its impact by developing and executing the organization's strategic plan, setting goals, and leading the team toward achieving them. With over 4 years of experience in managing programs, building partnerships, and guiding teams, I am capable of turning ideas into action, especially in the Cambodian context. I’m currently developing initiatives that focus on building competent youth leaders, improving NGO performance, and driving results that matter. In whatever initiative I take, my goal is the same: to create lasting, meaningful change.
