I am a researcher and development practitioner with over ten years of experience in action research, participatory methods, and program evaluation. My scholarly work focuses on climate change adaptation, community engagement, conflict and natural resource management, with a particular interest in how research can inform practical solutions to daily challenges. I value collaboration, mentorship, and knowledge sharing, and remain committed to teaching and scholarship that connect academic inquiry with community impact. I have coordinated multi-level partnerships with government institutions, non-governmental organizations, and academic networks, fostering dialogue between policy and practice. I am passionate about mentoring the next generation of researchers and equipping them with the skills and perspectives necessary to address complex development and environmental challenges.
