I have been working as an educator and a change agent for decades - mostly in Hungary, and recently in Austria. In GESOB, and in my other organizational affiliations in Hungary and Austria, we are working in cross-European education research and development projects, in areas of social change, change od educational sector, women empowerment, sustainability and supporting of immigrants. In these projects I have contributed to the development of toolsets, handbooks, curricula, and online resources. Besides I am also working as a trainer, a person-centred therapist and art therapist with different methods, such as dance and movement therapy, folk tale therapy, symbolwork, storytelling, holistic dance etc. Relatedly I have been researching the effectivity of learning. My PhD research assessed the cross-dynamics of different factors impacting learning: cognitive, physical (embodied), environmental and social. I am also closely affiliated with the sustainability area, have been working on sustainability games, textbooks and training materials, and being an active member of the Balaton Group.

In all of my life I have worked for social change, and I guess this mission-driven me is here to stay. I have been part of similar networks before, and these always gave a big added value in terms of good connection with likeminded people, and a feeling of sense. This time is especially turbulent at global level, as well as at the level of my country of origin, Hungary and my chosen country, Austria - and I would like to feel I am not alone in trying to stop this wave.
