Independent (Felipe Alberto Pineda Duque)

Over the past 15 years of my professional career, I have had the opportunity to work across business associations, public institutions, private organizations, and the social sector. Among these, the social sector has become the defining focus of my professional journey and the core purpose of my career. For the last eight years, I have led social development projects in partnership with international cooperation organizations such as the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) through the El Efecto Cacao initiative, and the British Council through the Coding Hubs Manizales program. Through these initiatives, I have contributed to impacting more than 20,000 people by strengthening their technical, administrative, and educational capacities, enabling them to improve their quality of life across more than 20 municipalities in Colombia. I have experience designing and implementing rural economic development and education projects in collaboration with recognized Colombian institutions, including local Secretariats of Education and the Fundación Luker.

 Manizales

For several years, I have contributed to local and national initiatives as a way of giving back to society for the opportunities it has provided me. I participated in the Nido Leadership Lab in Manizales and aim to support solutions to social and educational challenges, especially in my country. I hope to connect with impact leaders, learn from proven global solutions, lead regional collaborations, and strengthen Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) practices.
