As a Program Coordinator at Project PINK BLUE – Health and Psychological Trust Centre in Abuja, Nigeria, I lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of programs aimed at improving health outcomes and promoting psychological well-being. My responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams, overseeing human resources and administration, and fostering strong employer-employee relations. I develop and execute strategic initiatives, engage stakeholders, and ensure projects align with organizational goals and local/global health priorities. Additionally, I work to mobilize resources, promote inclusivity, and drive impactful, sustainable development initiatives.
