Independent (Jean Preganga)

I am a medical doctor and assistant lecturer in public health, currently working in medical education and training future healthcare professionals. My work is focused on strengthening health systems through education, evidence-based practice, and disease prevention. In my current role, I contribute to teaching and mentoring medical students, with a strong emphasis on public health principles, preventive medicine, and health promotion. I am committed to improving health literacy and supporting the development of competent healthcare professionals who can respond effectively to community health needs. My broader mission is to contribute to the improvement of health outcomes in my context through education, capacity building, and preventive strategies. I believe that sustainable health systems are built not only through treatment, but through strong education, awareness, and early intervention. My vision is to help bridge the gap between academic knowledge and community health impact, by promoting accessible health education and contributing to initiatives that strengthen public health systems, especially in resource-limited settings. I aim to collaborate with other professionals and organizations to develop scalable and practical solutions that improve population health. I am currently enhancing my skills in project management to better design and implement impactful health initiatives, and I am eager to connect with global changemakers to exchange knowledge and contribute to collective action in public health.
