Independent (Joana Apóstolo)

I am at a point in my career where I am deepening my focus on impact evaluation and strategic development, and I want to learn from practitioners who are applying systems change approaches in practice! I am also a firm believer that meaningful change requires genuine peer exchange across territories and sectors. So, I hope to contribute through my experience bridging grassroots implementation with strategic thinking, in project design, fundraising, and adaptive evaluation, and through my ability to work across cultural and linguistic contexts.
