Independent (Monica Cuneo)

I collaborate with clients as strategic thought partners to navigate the complex political and social environments that our communities’ most pressing issues reside within. I combine systems thinking, participatory facilitation methods, tight project management and clear directives to move groups towards innovative alignment, audacious agreement, and clarity for action. My work showcases the power of collaboration as a necessary antidote to solving complex, or “wicked” problems by building the presence and effectiveness of cross sector collaboration for scaled impact. I partner with bold individuals and groups who are frustrated with the status quo and want to shake things up for the better. Content neutral, I bring tools, methods and skills to create a fertile collaborative environment, while clients bring the specific content and context expertise to surface meaningful opportunities for change.
