Greetings! I am Monica M from Chennai, Tamil Nadu currently living in Noida (NCR), I am a CSR and Social Impact professional with 6+ years of professional experience, I am currently working with Extramarks Education Foundation in Noida as Manager - CSR. My current role majorly includes designing Digital Education proposals for CSR projects across different regions and manage stakeholders like Donors, Government authorities and Corporate partners. Earlier I was contributing to the fields of Environment sustainability, Education and Humanity through tailored projects and volunteer engagements, right now I am contributing to the Digital Education domain along with other components like Capacity building and Training & development to our beneficiaries (K-12 Students and Teachers from Government Schools). I specialise in designing CSR projects with maximum impact and address key issues of the society as such. I am also trained in volunteer management and designing volunteer engagement activities that will achieve the desired community impact.
