I work at the intersection of advocacy, partnership, community engagement, and program design, with a focus on building relationships that translate into collective action. My practice is grounded in collaboration across movements, institutions, and lived experiences, to create learning spaces and programs that are responsive, participatory, and rooted in community priorities. Through liaison and partnership-building, I support connections that strengthen trust, accountability, and long-term impact. I see program management as care work of holding processes, people, and politics together with intention. My work is guided by a commitment to equity, justice, shared leadership, and the belief that sustainable change grows from communities shaping their own futures.
