My latest experience as a project officer (TRC) role provides an opportunity to work with international humanitarian organizations, non-governmental and governmental organizations in a multi-cultural setting. All the projects that I have been taking a role in allowed me to understand migration management related subject areas and the situation of migrants, and other vulnerable groups. Throughout these experiences, I took responsibility in the development and adjustment of work plans, project budget, monitoring and evaluation tools, and standard operation procedures especially in socio-economic empowerment. Besides the duties of project implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and setting the relations between partners, I participated in designing project and generating the proposal.
