Independent (Ranim Al Samman)

I am a person who is eager to work in the community, as I have participated in a number of community activities and many initiatives, whether through my work or individually, I aspire to make a positive impact on society and make it a better place to live. One of my goals is to have an important role in eliminating ignorance. I worked with Ibdaa bank for Microfinance - Syria since 2018 and now I represent the bank as Human Resources Manager and Entrepreneurship Project Manager and I aspire to do my role in promoting the concept of social responsibility and social entrepreneurship in Society. Ibdaa bank for microfinance, it was established as partnership between the Arab Gulf Program for development (AGFUND) as a strategic partner as part of its initiative to establish banks for the poor people and with group of businessmen that interest in social responsibility to improve and enhance the financial inclusion to provide comprehensive and innovative financial & none financials services to everyone that leads to improve their income and quality of life and to improve the economic and social conditions of poor people with limited income and businessmen by providing distinguished financial services that suit their needs.
