I am a gender specialist who focuses on helping organisations and formations to embed gender transformative change by addressing gender-based violence and harassment, diversity, inclusion and equity. I use feminist and systems thinking approaches to facilitate spaces for the development of long-term change through transforming practices, programmes and organisational processes including evaluation.
