Independent (Sweta Gupta)

My motivation to join Catalyst Now stems from a deep commitment to accelerating the transition toward a just, regenerative, and climate-resilient future. I believe that addressing today’s global challenges—energy inequity, water insecurity, and unsustainable resource use—requires not only technological innovation but also systems thinking and inclusive collaboration. Catalyst Now embodies this intersection of science, community, and action. Its mission to empower local and global changemakers through co-created solutions aligns with my own values of equity, stewardship, and interdependence. I am particularly inspired by its emphasis on regenerative frameworks that move beyond sustainability toward restoring balance between people and the planet. Through Catalyst Now, I hope to contribute my experience in renewable energy systems, digital innovation, and climate infrastructure design while learning from diverse voices shaping the next generation of climate leadership. Together, we can catalyze the collective intelligence and creativity needed to achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals and build thriving, resilient communities worldwide.
