INGABIRE DIVINE (Independent)

I am Divine Ingabire, a social innovator, youth leader, and gender equality advocate from Rwanda dedicated to empowering vulnerable communities through sustainable and inclusive solutions. As the Founder and Executive Director of I Matter Initiative, I have led initiatives focused on ending period poverty, advancing sexual and reproductive health and rights, promoting education, and creating opportunities for young people and women to thrive. My mission is to empower marginalized communities, especially women, girls, youth, and people with disabilities by expanding access to education, dignity, leadership opportunities, and economic empowerment. I believe that when individuals are equipped with knowledge and opportunity, they become catalysts for lasting change in their communities. My vision is to help build a world where every person, regardless of gender, background, or socioeconomic status, has the opportunity to reach their full potential and contribute to a more just, equitable, and compassionate society. Through collaboration, innovation, and community-driven action, I strive to create solutions that address systemic challenges while inspiring the next generation of change makers.
