As a Liberian technologist and Executive Director of Innovations Hub Liberia (iHub Liberia), I am driven by a mission to transform systemic barriers through digital empowerment. My journey - from Network Engineer at Libtelco to leading a social enterprise - fuels my conviction that inclusive technology access is foundational to equity, economic justice, and sustainable development in Liberia. ’s transformative role in business and society. Vision:At iHub Liberia, we tackle Liberia’s pervasive digital literacy gap as a root cause of unemployment and inequality. Through collaborative systems change, we partner with communities, schools, and NGOs to co-create accessible training programs like coding bootcamps and vocational ICT courses, prioritizing women, youth, and low-income groups. By tailoring skills to local market needs and emphasizing mentorship, we ignite local empowerment, enabling participants to launch businesses, secure jobs, and drive community resilience.
