Jagan Sankalp Innovation Foundation

Jagan Foundation is a women-led social impact organization working in Rajasthan to improve health, livelihoods, and dignity for underserved communities, especially rural women and adolescent girls. Our work is rooted in the belief that meaningful change happens when women have access to reliable information, trusted community support, and opportunities to participate in economic and social life. We work at the intersection of public health, women’s empowerment, and community-based development, with a focus on building practical, scalable solutions that are responsive to local realities. Our approach combines grassroots engagement, capacity building, and field-based implementation to address the everyday barriers that prevent women from accessing health, education, and livelihood opportunities. In Rajasthan, we have worked closely with communities facing low awareness, limited mobility, and poor access to services, while also strengthening local leadership and collective action. Our initiatives are designed to create lasting impact by supporting women not only as beneficiaries, but also as agents of change within their families and communities. Our mission is to create inclusive, community-led pathways that strengthen women’s health, agency, and economic opportunity. Our vision is a Rajasthan where women and girls can live with dignity, make informed choices, and lead change in their own communities.
