Launch Girls

Launch Girls is an international nonprofit that creates scalable economic empowerment programming for adolescent girls ages 12-24 across southeast Asia and Africa. We are on a mission to equip girls and young women with critical 21st-century professional skills, entrepreneurial mindsets, and confidence to successfully transition from school to work. When girls access the workforce and gain financial independence, they can break cycles of poverty and inequality for generations to come. Our programs are cost-effective, easy to replicate, locally adapted, and delivered through our global network of trusted, girl-serving organizations. Operating since 2020, we have reached over 10,000 girls in 15 countries through a growing network of partners.
