LEADS MA

LEADS is a nonprofit startup in the Boston area that runs an economic and leadership development program for mid-career social sector leaders working across issues areas (ie affordable housing, workforce development, youth mental healthy, etc). Their 7-month Fellowship is aimed at catalyzing systems change in gateway cities. After launching a few cohorts, they now have close to 200 graduates and are seeking guidance on how to design and activate this growing network.
