Learning Designers Community (LDC)

Learning Designers Community (LDC) is a voluntary global network of learning practitioners and facilitators from 35+ countries, working across the development, education, and corporate sectors. Our mission is to build a dynamic community that fosters innovation, collaboration, and leads positive change by enabling impactful learning initiatives worldwide. Since its inception a year ago, LDC has organized over 40 online events, including webinars, reading groups, workshops, and cross-country education dialogues, advancing the practice of learning design and sparking meaningful discussions around education innovation. Our community offers a space for: Collaborative Learning : Sharing ideas, questions, experiences, and resources across sectors and countries Authentic Connections: Authentic sharing of experiences, including challenges, failures and learnings Networking & Support : Seeking and offering support, networking with peers and experts to foster professional development Field Advancement: Collective research, promotion of evidence-based learning design and partnerships to advance the field
