I am motivated to join Catalyst Now because I want to strengthen my leadership, connect with like-minded changemakers, and gain the knowledge and networks needed to scale the impact of my community work. As a lived-experience advocate and founder of a grassroots organisation, I have seen the power of community-led solutions, but I also recognise the need to grow my leadership and organisational capacity. I believe Catalyst Now will equip me with the skills, mentorship and connections to turn my ideas into sustainable impact, while also enabling me to contribute my own experiences and perspective to the wider community.
