LexCollective

LexCollective is a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) organisation building a global legal community where interdisciplinary legal services are available to all people. Through transnational, hybrid legal teams, and in partnership with impacted communities, we seek to address the most extreme forms of social, racial, economic, and environmental injustice around the world. We focus on: (1) alliance building; (2) knowledge sharing; and (3) investigation and strategic litigation. LexCollective works at the intersection of several legal fields – atrocity crimes, banking and finance, environmental crimes, human trafficking, anti-money laundering, torts claims, and consumer protection. Currently, our long-standing members are working on projects in Brazil, Cambodia, Ukraine, Uganda, and Sudan. In an era where challenges transcend borders, our alliance, made up of public interest, social and environmental justice law firms, individual human rights defenders, and CSOs, serves as a solution to amplify community-led accountability strategies, foster transnational legal teams, and empower the next generation of lawyers.
