Lite Innovate

I am Bisrat Hagos, a dedicated advocate for youth empowerment and innovation. With a background in Civil and Environmental Engineering and over three years of experience working with startups, I have been involved in key roles related to project management, partnership development, and strategic consulting. My work with organizations such as Afriwork, MOLS, and Ecocity Manufacturing has allowed me to contribute to various innovative projects aimed at solving local and global challenges. Additionally, my active participation in youth initiatives like the Youth Sounding Board (YSB) and the World Summit Awards (WSA) has fueled my passion for empowering the next generation of innovators. I am driven by the belief that young minds hold the power to transform ideas into impactful realities, and I am dedicated to providing them with the tools, resources, and knowledge needed to succeed. My commitment to advancing innovation and technology has led me to establish Lite Innovate, a platform designed to foster creativity and bridge the gap between potential and achievement in Ethiopia's youth. Recently, I founded Lite Innovate, an initiative focused on creating a vibrant ecosystem that nurtures the innovative spirit of Ethiopian youth. Lite Innovate is committed to providing opportunities for young innovators to thrive by offering information sharing, consultancy, upskilling programs, and a wide array of services designed to inspire, educate, and empower the next generation of leaders in technology and innovation. Our mission is to support the youth of Ethiopia by equipping them with the necessary skills to engage in the digital economy and foster a culture of creativity and entrepreneurship. Through our various initiatives, including workshops, training programs, digital literacy campaigns, and partnerships with educational institutions, we aim to help young individuals build a sustainable future and contribute to the country's technological progress. With the vision of being a cornerstone of innovation in Ethiopia, Lite Innovate strives to unlock the full potential of Ethiopian youth, driving sustainable development and technological progress across the nation.
