Mature Recruitment is a social impact talent agency- working to educate and eliminate ageism in the work place. We focus on connecting senior leaders with transformation expertise aged 50 & above with forward-thinking companies. We partner with companies who see the importance of diversity, specifically age and hiring an intergenerational workforce, the value and innovation that brings. We provide DE&I training tools and workshops that focus on age and other elements of inclusion.

I am particularly interested in contributing to the organisation's work on developing and implementing innovative solutions to address these issues. I hope to receive from the Catalyst 2030 movement the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with other changemakers who are working to create a more just and equitable world. As well as network, learn from others and pay my knowledge forward.
