The main activities of the organization are; Sustainable agriculture (Food system), Women and Youth entrepreneurship (Training, Loans, and empowerment), Environmental actions and Clean Water access. This organization was founded on compassion from Benedicto's life difficulties he used to. After his graduation (degree), he felt committed to go back at his home village where he started this journey by Mboni ya Vijana Group registered at local level in 2014 which paved the way into National level non-governmental organization in 2025. Mboni ya Vijana has so far trained and supported 35000 smallholder farmers who improved cassava, maize and Sunflower yields by 350%, 2627 women and youth started and developed their own businesses, drilled and constructed 216 water wells providing water to over 200,000 people, planted over 1,600,000 indigenous and 321,000 fruit trees in Kigoma, and making 500 tons of biachar every year to improve soil health while capture from the atmosphere and storing carbon into the soil.
