The Mental Health Service Users’ Association (MHSUA) is an association of mental healthcare users in Ethiopia, founded in December 2018 and run by people with mental health lived experience. MHSUA strives to ensure that persons with mental health conditions are engaged meaningfully in the health care system focusing on human rights, empowerment, recovery and peer support.
