Mission & Vision NEVOR CIRCLE FOUNDATION (NCF) is a refugee-led and youth-led nonprofit organization committed to strengthening community resilience, inclusive leadership, and sustainable development among refugee and host communities. Our mission is to empower communities through locally led solutions that advance social inclusion, youth leadership, livelihoods, community governance, and sustainable development. We work alongside communities to identify challenges, build local capacity, and create pathways for people to actively participate in shaping their own future. We believe that those closest to the challenges are often closest to the solutions. Therefore, our approach prioritizes community ownership, participation, and collaboration, ensuring that development efforts are rooted in local knowledge, lived experience, and shared responsibility. Our vision is to build resilient, inclusive, and self-reliant communities where refugees, displaced persons, and host populations can thrive together with dignity, opportunity, and equal participation in social and economic life. Through partnerships, innovation, and collective action, NCF seeks to strengthen the systems and structures that enable communities to become agents of change. We are particularly committed to advancing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through initiatives that promote quality education, decent work, reduced inequalities, social cohesion, youth empowerment, and community-led development.
