Real Agenda For Youth Transformation Trust (RAFYT)

Real Agenda for Youth Transformation Trust (RAFYT) is a youth-led organisation based in Masvingo Province that works to empower young people through leadership development, civic engagement, and community action. RAFYT implements programmes that build youths’ capacity to actively participate in governance processes, advocate for accountability, and contribute meaningfully to community development. Over the past year, RAFYT has conducted youth leadership and civic engagement dialogues, providing platforms for young people to discuss social justice, governance, and issues affecting their communities. The organisation has also implemented anti-drug and substance abuse awareness campaigns, mobilising young people through community outreach and public awareness activities to promote healthy lifestyles and positive behaviour change. RAFYT has further delivered capacity-building trainings and workshops focused on leadership, advocacy, and community organising, equipping young people with practical skills to lead local initiatives. In addition, the organisation has carried out community outreach and social responsibility activities, including donation drives and support initiatives targeting vulnerable children and youths. Through strategic partnerships and youth networks, RAFYT continues to strengthen collaboration with civil society organisations and local stakeholders to amplify youth voices and expand its impact in Masvingo Province.
