Refugee Employment Accelerator and Career Hub-REACH

My motivation to join Catalyst Now comes from a strong belief that lasting change happens through collaboration. As the Founder and Team Leader of REACH (Refugee Employment Accelerator and Career Hub), I work with refugee and host community youth to expand access to digital skills, employment pathways, entrepreneurship, and innovation. While we have demonstrated that locally led solutions can create meaningful impact, I recognize that scaling these solutions requires stronger partnerships, shared learning, and access to a global community of changemakers. Catalyst Now brings together leaders who are committed to solving complex social challenges through collective action, making it an ideal network for both learning and contributing. By joining Catalyst Now, I hope to exchange knowledge with innovators from around the world, build strategic partnerships, access opportunities for collaboration, and share the experiences of refugee-led organizations working on the frontlines of displacement. I also want to contribute practical insights on youth employment, digital inclusion, and community-led innovation in refugee settings. Ultimately, I see Catalyst Now as more than a network—it is a community where diverse leaders can work together to accelerate systems change and create sustainable opportunities for marginalized communities.
