RISE IMPACT

RISE IMPACT is a public policy innovation organization driving systemic change through inclusive, evidence-based design. We specialize in using systems innovation to co-design and prototype people-centered policies that are responsive to real-world contexts. Our mission is to transform how public policy is created, by grounding it in collaboration, data, and lived experience. Our primary focus is on health and aging policy in Thailand. Key initiatives include the Social Innovation Lab, which piloted reforms in primary healthcare delivery, and the Positive Health Disruptor Program, which developed a new generation of cross-sector leaders equipped to tackle complex health challenges. We have also led series of research projects that reimagined essential supportive services for elderly and redesigned local governance structures to better support older adults. 
Each effort combined participatory design, data insights, and on-the-ground testing to bridge the gap between policy intent and impact on the ground. Our impact is driven by three core strategies: 1. Policy prototyping and evidence-based development
We test policy ideas in real-world environments to generate actionable insights. This allows us to refine solutions, demonstrate impact, and influence the design of more responsive, equitable systems, especially for aging populations. 2. Cross-sector collaboration
We convene diverse stakeholders through structured dialogues and co-creation processes. By building shared understanding, we foster collective action to address the urgent challenges of an aging society. 3. Strategic Policy Communication
We translate complex research into accessible narratives and compelling visuals, reaching both policymakers and the public. This helps elevate the urgency of aging issues and mobilizes support for meaningful change.
