Alongside working in the development sector and in consulting spaces for 15+ years with CSOs, NGOs, INGOs, donors, and Government clients across South and Southeast Asia, I have also co-founded a couple of social enterprises in my hometown in the remote corner of Northeast India and in Myanmar. I voluntered pro-bono with a community-based organisation (RPUF) working deep inside the highland-borders in Chin state in Myanmar and also in Mizoram, Manipur states in India. My purpose of joining catalyst are - Explore grants and funds to support the grassroot educational and community cross-border initiatives in Chin state in Myanmar and Northeast India - Network with professionals in the NGO and social sector - Contribute my grassroot and global-south partnerships expertise whereever I can
