Samburu Girls Foundation

Wanjiru Wahome has over 10 years experience working as a passionate social development practitioner and a voice to end harmful cultural practices, GBV and VAGW. While working as an Executive Director with Samburu Girls Foundation, a not-for profit child-protection organization based in one of the remote areas in Kenya, she actively supports various comprehensive initiatives to provide quality education for over 2000 disadvantaged girls. She is also the Girls Not Brides Kenya Co-Convenor.
